I was trying to go back in my memory to see if I can recall everyone in my 7th & 8th grade class recently. I know there were 32-36 or something...not many as it was such a small school. Don Imus, Al Sharpton- The Media Needs To Shut Up!

As you can see, I haven't really posted anything for awhile but this "story" is giving me a fucking headache. Sorry but that is how bad my headache is. I thought it was my sinuses but it is hearing the same story over the AP newswire, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, CNN, local news, radio, newspaper, magazine. SHUT THE HELL UP. This is not a story.

He said something very stupid. He was talking about people he doesn't know and tried to make a joke. Do you know how many racist/sexist/inappropriate remarks are made by these guys every day? Tons. If we were to track all and publish them, Al Sharpton would LOVE IT!

Al Sharpton wants his own complex where he can have 3 entire floors devoted to tracking these white people who are constantly attacking the black community. Another floor would be devoted to his entourage (offices, dorms). The roof could be where he holds the news media frenzies where he has people stand with a mic and announce to the entire city and world, shouting from the rooftops that they apologize for being Nazis. After they are done publicly humiliating themselves they can either be ridiculed for being a Nazi or jump from the roof. Al would remind them they may as well jump because it is his sole mission in life to destroy careers. If he didn't do this, Al would be playing golf in Florida right now.

Again, what Don said was wrong and it would be whatever network he's on sole discretion to suspend him - but drop him? Don't even get me started with the radical NAACP.

If you read about my anger with Bill Maher about his Down Syndrome comments, you'll note that he was exploiting a horrible stereotype about individuals with DS. What is the difference then? Bill attacked people with DS for a jab at the President. In Don's case he made a bad joke which had some racial connotations. He should be smacked, but give the guy a break. Yes he's said shit in the past - but take a look at your history or your friend's history. You've said some stupid shit too!
